The service
DeepSpider.ai provides cloud-based website crawling and technical SEO audit tools. A user may submit a website, select audit settings and receive findings, coverage details and saved reports based on what the service could access at the time. The public website and application are together called the “Service” in these terms.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you use the Service for an organization, you must be authorized to act for it. Contact support@deepspider.ai if you have a question about the terms before using the Service.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and for activity through your account. Provide accurate account information and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Google sign-in and other authentication methods are provided through third-party identity services, including Clerk, under their own terms.
Account features and audit capacity may differ by plan. Do not share access in a way that bypasses account limits or another user's access controls. Contact support to discuss an access or capacity problem.
What audit results mean
An audit is a time-specific observation of accessible pages and resources. Findings and the Health Score are DeepSpider's analysis, not a Google score, a search ranking prediction or a guarantee that a page will be indexed.
A report may be incomplete when a site blocks requests, a response fails, a discovery or plan limit is reached, or content changes during the crawl. Review the coverage information and source evidence before acting on a finding. Some content, intent and editorial decisions require human review. A new audit may be needed to verify changes.
You decide whether and how to make changes to the audited website. DeepSpider does not promise a particular search result, traffic level, business outcome or uninterrupted crawl.
Plans, limits and availability
The plan and limits shown in your account determine available audit capacity and features. If paid plans or checkout are offered, the price, billing interval and any specific subscription terms displayed before purchase apply to that purchase. These terms alone do not create a charge or subscription.
We work to keep the Service available, but maintenance, third-party services, website access rules and unexpected failures can interrupt it. We may change features or limits as the Service develops. If a material change affects an active account, we will provide an appropriate notice. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, infrastructure or other websites.
Your content and DeepSpider's materials
You retain your rights in the information and websites you submit. You give DeepSpider permission to request and process the submitted site's public resources and store the resulting audit evidence as needed to provide the Service to your account. This permission does not transfer ownership of your website or its content to DeepSpider.
The DeepSpider name, interface, code, documentation and other Service materials remain with their respective owners. You may use and share your own audit results in the ordinary course of your work, while respecting the rights of the audited site's owner and any third parties.
Responsibility and applicable rights
Use the Service responsibly and check important findings independently before making consequential changes. To the extent permitted by applicable law, DeepSpider is not responsible for third-party site content, a site's decision to block requests, or outcomes based solely on an unverified audit finding. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the Service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. We will give appropriate notice of material changes; continued use after an applicable change takes effect means the updated terms apply, subject to any rights you have under applicable law.
