14-day refund of your first payment
You can get a full refund of the first payment of your DeepSpider subscription if you ask within 14 days of that payment. This applies to monthly and yearly plans, and you do not need to give a reason. The 14 days start on the date of the payment shown on your Paddle receipt.
The 14-day refund is available once per account. A charge for moving to a higher plan during your first 14 days is refunded together with the first payment.
Renewals and cancellation
Renewal payments, monthly or yearly, are not refunded. You can cancel at any time in Account & Billing; cancelling stops the next renewal and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Unused audits, pages or time in a period are not refunded.
Problems on DeepSpider's side
If a problem on DeepSpider's side prevented you from using the Service, contact us and we will look at your case. Depending on the problem we may give extra audits, extend your plan or refund all or part of a payment.
An audit that a website blocks, rate-limits or leaves unreachable is not a problem on DeepSpider's side, because DeepSpider cannot audit what a website does not serve to it. Such audits often do not count toward your monthly audits; see how audits are counted.
How to ask for a refund
Email support@deepspider.ai from your account's email address, or contact Paddle through paddle.net using the details on your receipt. Please include the receipt or order number if you have it.
Paddle returns the refund to the payment method you used. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
After a refund
When the first payment is refunded, the subscription ends and the plan's access ends with it. You can no longer start new audits unless you subscribe again. Your saved audits stay in your account until you delete them or ask us to close the account.
Who sells the subscription
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's own refund policy and statutory rights for consumers also apply; nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
